ztgrowth Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ztgrowth services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use our services.

2. Object

ztgrowth is a digital platform developed by Ztg Tech LTDA, registered under CNPJ nº 62.464.149/0001-89, which offers digital growth solutions for companies through customized CRM, automated marketing, AI-assisted sales and content and SEO strategies.

3. Registration and Personal Data

To access our services, the user must provide personal information such as name, email, phone number, company, area of operation and other relevant information for service personalization. The user declares that the information provided is true and undertakes to keep it updated.

4. Communications and Messages

By using ztgrowth, the user authorizes the sending of communications related to the services, including notices, updates and informative and sales content, through the email and WhatsApp number provided in the registration. If the user wishes to stop receiving these messages, they can deactivate this option directly in the platform settings area.

5. License to Use

We grant the user a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use the services in accordance with these Terms. The user may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of our services without the express permission of ztgrowth.

6. Payment and Cancellation

ztgrowth offers different service plans with recurring billing. Cancellation is available according to the specific conditions of each plan, with no proportional refund, regardless of service use. The absence of use does not constitute payment exemption.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, structure, layout, design, scripts, texts and other information developed and provided by ztgrowth are protected by copyright and belong exclusively to Ztg Tech LTDA, and their reproduction or redistribution without authorization is prohibited.

8. User Responsibilities

• Use ztgrowth in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms;
• Do not violate third-party rights;
• Do not use the system fraudulently or in a way that compromises its integrity;
• Provide truthful information during registration and use.

9. ztgrowth Responsibilities

ztgrowth undertakes to employ best efforts to keep the platform available, secure and functional. However, it is not responsible for:

• Service interruptions caused by third parties or scheduled maintenance;
• Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service;
• Content published by users.

10. Termination

ztgrowth may terminate a user's access at any time, in case of violation of these Terms, without the right to a refund. The user can request account closure at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with prior notice by email or through the platform itself. Continued use of the service after changes represents agreement with the new terms.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The jurisdiction of São Paulo/SP is elected to resolve any conflicts.
